“ We are here 3 times while staying in lander for a week. 2 times for dinner and 1 time for breakfast. The salad bar is fantastic!! I enjoyed it every time. The country breakfast skillet is phenomenal. My wife loved the Irish cinnamon roll breakfast, sorry don't remember the name of it. It was way too sweet for me, but she loved it. The dinner menu has lots of choices and everything I saw brought out to tables around us looked great. Clean restaurant, friendly staff. We are staying in the lander area for 1 month during the summer, and I'm sure the oxbow will be a weekly stop for us. ”
